The price already includes the fees to sustain the payment processors' taxes, which means that the larger the amount you buy, the cheapest will be the price you pay per click. You can target your advertising to one country (country to show to). This option has a 20% increase on the total price. You can also show your ad to every country of the world except one (country to hide from), that option doesn't have any price increase.
